Cancellation Policy

  • Clients have the right to cancel their credit repair services at any time.

  • If a client cancels before any services have been rendered, they are eligible for a full refund of any payments made.

  • Once services have begun, no refunds will be issued, as work will have already been performed on the client’s behalf.

 

Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by our services and are committed to delivering results. If a client does not see any results within 160 days, they are eligible for a full refund of their payments. “Results” refer to any negative item deletions or score improvements on at least one of the three major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion).

Refund Eligibility

A client qualifies for a refund under the 160-day policy if:

  • They have fully complied with the credit repair process, including providing requested documents and following all recommended financial guidelines.

  • They have not received any deletions or improvements in their credit report within the 160-day timeframe.

  • They have not added any new negative accounts during the process that could impact their results.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, clients must submit a written request via email to info@seaberryconsultingllc.com or call 800-858-1945. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
